In 2024, to address the declining birth rate, the Diet passed the Act on Relief for Sexually Unsuccessful Individuals. This law aims to improve public sexual awareness, provide relief to sexually vulnerable individuals, and establish sex education promotion departments in each prefecture and city, with women's municipal offices handling sexual intercourse themselves, in order to increase the birth rate. We closely followed the newly established Sex Education Promotion Department of the Citizens' Department, where newlywed Ms. Sayaka Kitamura provided genuine sex education to virgins, including penile penetration, continuous intercourse, facial ejaculation, and cumshot.
