A married woman who calls out her lover's name, a stranger with a huge penis sleeps with her and ejaculates inside her repeatedly. PAKO-108, a 30-year-old full-time housewife who has recently been married.

This film was made by a man with unusual, perverse, and sadistic sexual fetishes. The female lead is a beautiful, newlywed housewife with a naturally charming smile; she is a pure and beautiful woman. The man deeply loves this wife, but his intense love triggers his twisted sexual fetishes. In a moment of heightened intimacy, he allows a stranger to hold her and ejaculate inside her without a condom. While the semen is still inside her vagina, he then ejaculates a second time inside her. This is the essence of the film.
