Best friend, best lover

Childhood sweethearts Sarah and Ted decide to move to Los Angeles, bidding farewell to their monotonous small-town life. They're enjoying their newfound luxury apartment when their lives are disrupted by the arrival of their sexy, gothic neighbor, Angie. Angie invites them to an alternative party. Clearly, Angie has long harbored feelings for the innocent yet curious Sarah, creating tension between them. Ted, both jealous of Angie and repulsed by the party's wildness, leaves and seeks solace with a blonde actress in his acting class. Meanwhile, Sarah develops a desire to try things out with the bisexual Angie. Will Sarah and Ted continue their reckless behavior and eventually drift apart? Or will this move to a new city make these best friends realize that perhaps they've always longed for each other?
